Many of these exercises were the ones I did while getting back into shape after I gained 45 pounds my freshman year of college. I help guide you through 4 weeks of intense workouts and effective exercises.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE BEGINNERS GUIDE:
Chair or bench, sizable kettle bell/dumbbells (or anything you have around the house that can be used as dumbbells), resistance bands and jump rope.
